Ivan brings a business background to the AgWest team and with that, a unique view of the world of agriculture. As a graduate of the University of Kansas, he operated his own company for 10 years before joining AgWest in 2004. From his background as a business owner he understands that quality customer service spans all industries.

Ivan’s ability to explain risk management and the importance of a marketing plan in a straightforward manner allowed him to excel as a Broker and Cash Advisor. He also leads our team in Gretna as the Branch Manager. His strong work ethic, dedication to helping his customers and efficient organizational processes led him to a larger leadership role inside AgWest.

Serving as our Development Director, he now works with our Emerging Broker group to help them develop a solid approach to sharing our programs with potential clients. He assists them through goal setting, trainings and professional development, enabling them to serve our customers to the best of their ability.

Ivan and his wife Melissa live in Omaha, Nebraska with their daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, is active in their church, and enjoys watching Jayhawk basketball in his downtime.
